How Pacific ADM is turning a 0.55-acre Half Moon Bay parcel into 11 homes by keeping 5 existing units and adding 6 prefabricated residences.

The Peninsula doesn't have a land problem so much as a small-site problem. Parcels under an acre, often with a few older units already on them, are too small for large builders and too complicated for most individual owners. That's exactly where Pacific ADM works.
At Purissima Circle in Half Moon Bay, we're planning an 11-home infill community on 0.55 acres. Instead of clearing the site, the plan keeps 5 existing units and adds 6 new prefabricated residences. The project is currently in the pre-application and entitlement phase, with Dahlin Group on architecture and HMH on civil engineering.
Factory-built homes shorten time on site, reduce disruption for neighbors and existing residents, and make costs more predictable. On a small coastal parcel, those advantages add up.
Keeping existing housing preserves homes for current residents and lets new units add to the neighborhood rather than replace it.
We'll share updates here as the project moves through entitlement. If you own an underused Peninsula site and are curious what it could become, reach us at info@pacificadm.com.
