Chris Cooke became a licensed real estate broker in California with Terrace Associates, Inc. in 2004.

Chris began his career by acquiring, developing, and managing residential properties in Texas. In 2004, he expanded his operations to the San Francisco Bay Area, using the same disciplined investment principles. Since then, he has continued to acquire, develop, and personally manage all the properties in his portfolio alongside his investors.

In 2013, Chris launched TrueRent, Inc., a property management software platform designed to enhance operational efficiency for property owners and managers. TrueRent was acquired by RenTecDirect, Inc. in 2021.
