NOVEMBER 2025
Pacific ADM assisted in the acquisition of a large parcel with existing units in Half Moon Bay, CA, with a long-term vision to transform the site into a thoughtfully designed townhome community.

FEASIBILITY PHASE
Pacific ADM is currently conducting feasibility studies of a Half Moon Bay parcel, with an 18-month target to secure approvals for the development of up to 17 additional townhome units.
