    Pacific ADM assisted in the acquisition of a large parcel with existing units in Half Moon Bay, CA, with a long-term vision to transform the site into a thoughtfully designed townhome community.

  • Development

    Pre-Application Phase

    Pacific ADM is advancing an 11-unit infill development in Half Moon Bay, CA, combining 5 existing units with 6 new prefabricated residences on a 0.55-acre high-density residential parcel. The project team includes Dahlin Group (architecture) and HMH (civil engineering), with a pre-application submittal underway with the City of Half Moon Bay Planning Division.
